YAKINIKU: A Culinary Tradition

YAKINIKU – in direct translation means “grilled meat.” One of three pillars of Japanese cuisine, next to ramen and sushi, most eagerly enjoyed with closest friends and family.

Masterly carved, by highly skilled in the art of knife chefs, bite-size pieces of Wagyu beef are cooked to perfection by servers while sizzling on a scorching hot charcoal grill fitted in the table.
